Terms and Conditions

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it by email or dispatch it, whichever happens first.

We may decline or cancel any order, including after confirmation, if the item is unavailable, the pricing was published in error, or the order conflicts with our Research Use Only Policy. Where we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes or duties applied at your destination. Prices can change without notice, but never after an order is confirmed.

Card payment is being connected. Until it is live, orders are confirmed and payment instructions are emailed; material stays reserved until payment clears, and unpaid orders are released after seven days.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vector Research LLC's total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for any loss arising from use of a compound outside the Research Use Only Policy, including any use in or on a human or animal.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located there.
